Granite Processing Line in Astana, Kazakhstan

Process Flow: 

 1. Primary Crushing

Granite raw material is fed to the jaw crusher via a vibrating feeder for coarse crushing.

2. Secondary Crushing & Screening

Coarsely crushed granite enters a cone crusher for fine crushing. Processed material is then screened:Qualified material proceeds to next stage, Oversized material returns to cone crusher.

3. Sand Making & Washing

Finely crushed granite is processed in the sand making machine. Final sand products are:

Washed in sand washer (optional), Conveyed to finished product silo.

4. Flexible Configuration

Sand washing system can be added per customer requirements
